Changing lives with the power of words

Bad Habits

Fighting an urge? Catching yourself doing something time and again you swore you would stop?  Maybe you need to lose weight or stop smoking? If a behavior feels stuck like no matter how much you decide, wish, or will it to stop, that’s a good sign you’ve been dealing with a bad habit I can help you overcome.

People bring their laptops to technicians or cars to mechanics, and you should feel free to bring yourself to me 🙂  Take advantage of my skills so I can help you make the adjustment and get you the results you’re looking for. It’s time to upgrade and replace unwanted habits for healthier and more beneficial  behaviors.

Compassionate care and a treatment that is carefully tailored to your individual needs can help you make rapid progress. Hypnotherapy works to guide the subconscious mind that controls emotions, desires, memories, habits, thoughts, dreams, and automatic responses. One may consciously understand the value of eliminating problematic emotions, thoughts or behaviors but unless the subconscious mind is reached, enduring change is unlikely.

By engaging the subconscious mind and eliminating the ongoing influence from troubling past events, blocked energy is released, healing takes place, and change is automatic.

Negative habits and painful emotions are replaced by positive actions and feelings of well-being.

It is typical for my clients to have significant breakthroughs and noticeable results within 1-6 sessions.  Follow-ups can always be determined by you, my client, as needed for ongoing progress in your life on a session by session basis though many of my clients find a comprehensive coaching program most beneficial to ensure their initial and ongoing success.  Combining my training as a life coach in addition to my skills and experience as a Certified Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, a program uniquely tailored to your individual needs can be determined after your consult or intake session.

“You suggested that I follow up with you following our session (1/25/17) and I can happily and proudly say that not only have I not smoked, I have not thought about it, have not felt challenged by it, and have been around my friends who do smoke and just don’t feel any connection to it anymore. It’s like magic! I can comfortably say that I don’t smoke, and also that I’m not scared of being lured by it anymore. It’s really day and night from the last 20 or so years of my life! I am so happy that I came to see you, and thankful for your help. You have changed my life! -Suz”

“I wanted to let you know I just passed the 100 day mark (11/2016) of being chewing tobacco free ( yay! ). The work you did with me was very helpful and I really appreciated your imagination and energy. Thank you and best wishes – Randy”

Email I received on January 21, 2016 from a client 3 days after our first session focused on smoking cessation:

“Hi Kristin!! I hope your week is treating you nicely.

You asked me to follow up with you at some point today. At first I was going to apologize for being so emotional after our session but then I did some research on google and sources said that crying and overwhelm of emotion could be a potential “side effect”. So I’m not apologizing for that!! 🙂

I wanted to thank you for helping me with the experience of hypnosis. You had kept me comfortable and positive the whole time. I feel like you were trying to help a friend out, not a patient. I have already referred a few people to you for not just help with quitting smoking but for WHATEVER goal they want to set that they are having a hard time achieving.

As far as my progress is going, it’s great. I haven’t had a cigarette since before our session. I can definitely feel the effects of nicotine withdrawals like headaches now and then but I remember to drink water and they pass.  Plus I know those should be over in a few days or so. However the first thought that comes into my mind when I’ve had a craving is 1. NO TO CANCER and 2. DRINK WATER!  Those deep breaths help for sure too.

Overall I am doing great. I am confident in believing that I am already a non smoker – another tool that I want to thank you for. It’s so much easier to pretend that I’ve already quit smoking “X” amount of time ago.  I know I don’t want a cigarette.  I also have remembered to not beat myself up and fall into self pity if I do have a cigarette, (which is very unlikely) but you bet your bottom dollar that you will be the first person that I call if this does happen.

I want to see you again. Hopefully it will not be for smoking next time around. I’m going to evaluate my life and emotions closely and really think about what else I would love your help with. I have a few idea’s already, and maybe you might too.

I have fallen in love with the power of suggestion, and truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you wish to use my email as a success story you have one hundred percent permission from me!!

Thank you again Kristin, I hope to chat with you soon!!
Cheers to living happy healthy lives, mentally and physically!!”
